Burning Man is an annual event dedicated to the ideals of art, self-expression, community and self-reliance. Participants—in the tens of thousands—gather for one week in the heart of Nevada’s Black Rock Desert creating this ethereal and intricate community named Black Rock City. The entire event, including its wild structures, music, workshops, and shows, is produced entirely by participants.
