Taken in Newport Beach, California, the image perfectly captures the sea foam spray, but Beard is no rookie to this type of photography. The photographer specializes in wave and underwater photography.

It looks very artistic. A challenge perhaps. It needs a telephoto lens so you kit does not get wet though! Nice shot.
The interesting photo of the day is amazing. I wish the info about the photo would b give- lens settings etc. That would help many of us learn some new skills.
Hi Larry, I took your photo that is in the picture correct article about your photography to a group of photographers that meet once a week. I thought it would be a good exercise for us all to do one week. We are always looking for new things to do. Can you tell me which lens you used and what time of day you took this image and any other information that might help us understand how you did this.
