Iceland’s Raw Beauty Captured Through Timelapse

Iceland has some of the most incredibly beautiful natural spaces in the world. Formed by unpredictable and powerful storms that range from ice, snow, sand, rain and more, the cutting landscapes provide an array of photo ops. The ice caves, flowing or frozen rivers, mountains and North Atlantic and Arctic coastlines are stunning in themselves, but add in the ever-changing storm-verged sky and the breathtaking lights of Aurora Borealis and the scenery is unmatched:

In his timelapse film, “Eye of the Storm,” Henry Jun Wah Lee of Evosia Studios captures the raw natural beauty of Iceland. Shot between February and March of 2014, the film portrays the powerful impact the storms have on the landscape and scenery.
