In case you needed proof, Ellimis captured this neat snowy image in Chicago’s Federal Plaza:
By shooting with a 1/30 second shutter speed, f/2.8 aperture, and 640 ISO set to a Canon 6D, Ellimis managed to turn this simple in-ground light bulb—otherwise illuminating a flag in the plaza—into something out of a sci-fi film. The beauty of the shot is the simplicity: you don’t need a wide angle or studio lights, just a keen eye for interesting details.
